Miss Rylie

April 17, 2009

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing Rylie and her family for the second time. It’s only been three months since I’ve seen her last and she’s already crawling around and even standing! And she is such a happy baby, especially when Mommy sings to her - that really gets her laughing. What a joy! I can’t wait to see her again soon. I’m sure at this rate she’ll be walking in no time.

Here are a few favorites from the day.

Last Sunday Linda and Mike tied the knot in a very intimate and unique ceremony that was held in their backyard. They shared their day with all their closest family members as well as their K9 friends. This wedding was so beautiful and heartfelt… it was perfect. It was a joyous day for everyone and even a few happy tears were shed. I really love how everyone was incorporated and it really was a family affair. They are all so close and you can see the bond that they all share. It really is moving. Congratulations Linda and Mike and thank you for letting me be a part of such a special day.

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of photographing Ian and Nicole’s wedding at The Cree Estate in Cathedral City. This is the perfect place to hold a wedding. It consists of a main house and two guest houses with two pools and two jacuzzis. Their guests were able to come for the whole weekend and stay and never have to leave the pad. Awesome! The ceremony was held on the lawn by the tennis court and then the reception was moved over to the front of the property nestled amongst the palm trees. It was amazing! After the ceremony we were able to go around the property for a bit and grab a few fun shots with the two of them. They are so cute together! They really made my job easy. Congratulations you two!
